Q: How does one day free work trial works?
A: We design a project that we can do within a day based on your request for new customers. The purpose is to know each other better. Due to the popularity, make reservation through Contact Us as soon as posisble.

Q: How long can the project be?
A: Our projects range from several days to months depending on the tasks. We also have ongoing projects that clients ask us to do on a regular basis.

Q: Work first pay later. How does it work?
A: We will give clients a quote including price, duration of the project and milestones. Clients pay a fully refundable deposit, normally 20% of the quoted price. Once clients and we agree on achieving each milestone, clients pay us milestone by milestone until the project is fully finished.

Q: How does Simple Analytics work with clients?
A: Communication is the key. We never leave clients in the cold and dark. We regularly talk to clients via email, messenge and Zoom to make sure we are on the same page.
